Refund policy

At Matte Collective, each product is handmade with care. Because of this, we want you to feel confident in your purchase while also being mindful of the nature of our goods.

Returns

• We do not accept returns for change of mind.

• To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in its original condition, and in the original packaging.

• Proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt) is required.

Refunds

• Refunds are only issued for items that arrive damaged or faulty.

• If you receive a damaged item, please contact us at mattecollective24@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery with photos of the product and packaging.

• Once approved, we will process a replacement or a refund to your original method of payment.

Exchanges

• We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.

Non-Refundable Items

• Sale items, discounted products, and custom orders cannot be refunded unless faulty.
