Processing Times

Orders are processed within 10 - 14 business days as these are made to order.

During peak times (holidays, sales, or new collection launches), processing may take a little longer.
Shipping within Australia

Standard delivery takes 3–7 business days after dispatch, depending on your location.

You will receive a confirmation email with tracking details once your order has shipped.

We are not responsible for delays caused by postal or courier services once your parcel has been dispatched.

At this stage, we only ship within Australia.
Lost or Delayed Parcels

Once your order is dispatched, Matte Collective is not responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed parcels.
